永住者ビザ申請について
：About “Permanent Resident” visa application.

永住許可申請は、在留資格変更許可申請の一種ではありますが、永住が許可されると取消や失効が無い限り、以後の審査はありません。
：The application for permanent residence permit is a kind of application for permission to change the status of residence, but once permanent residence is permitted, it will not be reviewed unless it is canceled or expired.

ですから、最後の在留審査となるはずです。

そのため出入国在留管理局（いわゆる入管）では通常の在留審査よりも一層厳しく審査していますので、審査ポイントを押さえた申請を行いましょう。

永住申請は自分で申請して不許可になる人が非常に多いです。（２０２４年１０月現在、全国平均の永住許可率は約５８％）

申請書類は、入管HPに書いてある書類だけ出せば許可になる訳ではないのです。

つまり、入管HPに書いている書類は受理に必要な最低限の書類であって、申請する人によって状況が違いますから、状況によって必要な書類は個人ごとに違いが出てきます。
最低限の書類しか提出せずに、不許可の回数が多くなってしまうと益々審査が厳しくなってしまいます。
