当事務所は、出入国在留管理局でのビザ取得代行・法務局での帰化申請サポートと外国人の手続に関する業務を専門とし、東京・神奈川・千葉・埼玉と関東圏を中心に業務を承っています（遠方の対応につきましてはご相談ください）。

 

出入国在留管理局でのビザ取得代行
Visa acquisition agency at the Immigration Bureau

ビザ取得代行と記載してしまうと、申請書類を書いて、提出するだけと思われるかもしれませんが、そうではありません。
当事務所の業務は、ビザ手続の専門家として、「ビザについての相談、事実の確認、許可見込みの判断、手続に必要書類の案内、申請書類の作成、入管局への申請、入管との交渉、審査結果の受領」と一連の手続を行っています。
：When you hear the term "visa acquisition agency," you might think it's a company that only prepares and submits application documents, but that's not the case.
As experts in visa procedures, we provide a wide range of services, including visa consultations, fact-finding, determining the possibility of permission, providing information on the documents required for the procedure, preparing application documents, submitting applications to the Immigration Bureau, negotiating with the Immigration Bureau, and receiving the results of the application.

 

在留資格（いわゆるビザ）は、法務省等が開示している書類を提出すれば必ず許可されるというものでありません。
つまり、法務省等が開示している必要書類はあくまで申請の受理に最低限必要なものだけです。
申請する外国人側の事情は人によって異なりますから、必要な書類を事前にすべて一律に決めることはできません。
また、審査は原則として書類を提出することで行われます。
窓口で職員に口頭で伝えても記録が残らないので、口頭で主張した事情は考慮されません。
そして、法律上、ビザ申請での主張・立証の責任は外国人側にあるというルールになっています。
そのため、必要最低限の書類しか提出しなかったため不許可になったり、追加で資料提出を求められたり、不用意な書類を出してしまうことで却って誤解を生むような書類作成をしてしまうことで、逆に審査官に疑問を持たれることもあります。
：A residence status (visa) will not necessarily be granted simply by submitting documents published by the Ministry of Justice and other organizations.
In other words, the required documents published by the Ministry of Justice and other organizations are only the minimum documents required for an application to be accepted.
Since the circumstances of each foreign applicant are different, it is not possible to uniformly determine the required documents in advance.
In principle, the examination will be conducted based on the submission of documents.
Even if you explain your situation verbally to the staff at the counter, no record will be kept, so the circumstances stated verbally will not be taken into consideration.
Furthermore, the legal requirement is that the burden of asserting and proving one's rights is on the foreigner when applying for a visa.
As a result, you may find that your application is rejected because you have only submitted the minimum required documents, that you are asked to submit additional documents, or that you have submitted documents carelessly, which may lead to misunderstandings and raise suspicions from the examiner.

法務局での帰化許可取得サポート

帰化については、「帰化条件を満たしていること」が非常に重要です。

帰化許可される状況であるのかを事前に確認する必要があります。
入管でのビザ手続を自分で行ったことがある外国人でも、帰化手続を何度も行っているという外国人は普通はいません。
そのため、どこの役所で手続するのか、帰化の条件を満たしているのか、何の書類が必要なのかを詳しく理解している外国人はほとんどいないです。

当事務所の業務としては、「帰化の相談、法務局への予約、必要書類の案内や取得、帰化申請書類の作成、法務局への同行」などを行っています。

法務局での必要書類はある程度決まっていますが、個人・国籍・在留履歴・職業・家族構成等によって、やはり差があります。
書類の作成が良いか悪いかが大事ではなく、必要となる書類をきちんと集め、決まったルールどおりに作ることが重要です。
ただ、書類の量が大量になるため、自分で行うのはハードルが非常に高いですし、何度も法務局に通っているうちに面倒になって断念する外国人も多いです。
