不許可返金保証制度：Unauthorized money-back guarantee system

当事務所では、ご依頼いただき申請したにも関わらず、万が一、不許可になった場合には追加料金無しで再申請をし、状況により再々申請まで行います。
At our office, in the unlikely event that permission is denied despite your request, we will reapply without additional charge, and depending on the situation, we will apply again.

しかし、最終的な結果が不許可となってしまった場合、行政書士の報酬全額をご返金いたします。
However, if the final result is disapproval, we will refund the full amount of administrative scrivener fees.

但し、下記の場合は、不許可等が当事務所のミスではなく、お客様が原因のものとなりますので、不許可であっても返金できません。 However, in the following cases, the refusal, etc. is not due to our office's mistake, but the customer's fault, so we cannot refund even if it is disapproved.

正式なご依頼となった場合に事前に説明させていただきますがご注意ください。

【共通事項】：Common subject matter

●お客様との面談の結果、行政書士が「不許可になる」と判断したが、それでもお客様のご希望で申請をご依頼されたとき
When an administrative scrivener decides that permission will not be granted as a result of an interview with the customer, but the customer requests an application nonetheless.

●ご依頼後に当事務所が知らない不利益な事実が判明したとき
When a disadvantageous fact unknown to our office is found after the request.

●虚偽や事実と異なることを当事務所に伝えたことが判明したとき
When it turns out that you have told our office something that is false or different from the truth.

●提出いただいた書類と実態が合っていないことを当事務所に伝えていないことが判明したとき
When it turns out that you have not notified our office that the submitted documents do not match the actual situation.

●偽変造書類を当事務所に提出したことが判明したとき
When it is found that you have submitted forged or altered documents to our office.

●お約束期限までに当事務所に必要な書類のご提出いただけないとき
When the required documents cannot be submitted to our office by the promised deadline.

●ご依頼後及び申請後に犯罪を行ったとき
When committing a crime after requesting or applying.

●ご依頼後及び申請後に交通違反及び交通事故を起こしたとき
When you cause a traffic violation or a traffic accident after requesting or applying.

●年金、健康保険、税金等を支払わないとき（在留資格や帰化の審査項目となっていないものは除く）
When you do not pay your pension, health insurance, taxes, etc.(Excludes items that are not subject to examination for status of residence or naturalization.)

●当事務所の指示に従った対応や書類提出に協力しないとき
When you do not cooperate with the correspondence or document submission according to the instructions of our office.

●申請後の失業等により大幅に収入が下がり、生計を維持できなくなったとき
When you become unable to maintain your livelihood due to a significant drop in income due to unemployment, etc. after applying.

●お客様の都合により結果が出る前のご依頼の中止、申請取り下げ、再申請及び再々申請しないとき（入社辞退、採用中止を含む）
When the customer cancels the request, withdraws the application, re-apply, or does not re-apply before the result is obtained due to customer's convenience.(Including resignation and cancellation of employment.)

【永住の場合】：For permanent residence

●ご自身で在留期間更新または在留資格変更許可申請を行い、不許可となったとき（当事務所が期間更新または変更申請した場合は除く）
When you apply for permission to extend your period of stay or change your status of residence by yourself, but the permission is denied.(Except when our office applies for renewal or change of period.)

●永住許可申請中に、ご自身で現在のビザ期間更新許可申請を行い、許可はされたが在留期間が「１年」となったとき（当事務所が期間更新申請をした場合は除く）
When you apply for permission to renew your current visa period while applying for permanent residence, and the permission is granted, but the period of stay is "1 year".(Except when our office applies for renewal of the period.)

●身元保証人を用意できないとき（身元保証会社を利用しての永住申請は当事務所は受任できません。）
When a guarantor cannot be provided.(Our office cannot accept applications for permanent residence using a personal guarantee company.)

●年金、健康保険、税金等を支払っているが納付期限を守っていないとき
When you have paid pension, health insurance, tax, etc., but have not met the payment deadline.

●同居家族の資格外活動オーバーが判明したとき
When it turns out that a family member living with you has exceeded the time allowed for activities other than those permitted under the status of residence previously granted.

【帰化の場合】：For naturalization

●法務局に申請後、法務局の面談やテストで日本語能力が不十分と判断されたとき（家族同時申請時の同居家族含む）
After applying to the Legal Affairs Bureau, when the Legal Affairs Bureau's interview or test determines that your Japanese proficiency is insufficient.(Including family members who live together when family members apply together.)

●ご自身で在留期間更新または在留資格変更を行い、不許可となったとき（当事務所が期間更新または変更申請した場合は除く）
When you have renewed your period of stay or changed your status of residence by yourself and the application has been rejected.(Except when our office applies for renewal or change of period.)

●帰化許可申請中に、ご自身で現在のビザ期間更新許可申請を行い、許可はされたが在留期間が「１年」となったとき（当事務所が期間更新申請をした場合は除く）
When you apply for permission to update your current visa period while applying for naturalization permission, and the permission is granted, but the period of stay is "1 year".(Except when our office applies for renewal of the period.)
