ビザの取消しは、下記のような事実が判明した場合に処分が行われます。
: A visa will be canceled if any of the following facts are found.

①　上陸拒否事由に該当しないと偽り、上陸許可を受けたこと
: Obtained permission to land by falsely claiming that it does not fall under grounds for refusal of landing.

②　①のほか、偽り不正の手段により、上陸・在留資格変更・在留期間更新・永住・在留資格取得の許可を受けたこと
:In addition to ①, having obtained permission for landing, changing the status of residence, extending the period of stay, permanent residence, or obtaining a status of residence by deception or fraudulent means.

③　①②のほか、不実記載の文書等を入管に提出または提示して、上陸・在留資格変更・在留期間更新・永住・在留資格取得の許可を受けたこと
:① In addition to ②, having submitted or presented documents containing false information to the immigration office and received permission to land, change the status of residence, extend the period of stay, obtain permanent residence, or obtain a status of residence.

④　偽りその他不正の手段により、退去強制や難民認定手続で在留特別許可を受けたこと
:Obtaining special permission to stay in deportation or refugee recognition procedures by deception or other wrongful means.

⑤　在留資格で指定された活動を行わず、他の活動をしているまたはしようとしていること
:Not engaging in the activities specified by the status of residence, and engaging in or attempting to engage in other activities.

※　正当な理由がある場合はビザ取消しにはなりません。
:A visa cannot be canceled if there is a valid reason.

例１：就労ビザの人が、会社から解雇され、再就職先を探すために就職活動を具体的に行っている場合
ex.１：If a person with a work visa has been dismissed from the company and is specifically looking for a job to find a new job.

例２：技能実習生が、実習先の経営難等で、実習継続ができなくなり、他の実習先での実習継続を希望している場合
ex.２：If the technical intern trainee is unable to continue training due to financial difficulties at the training site, etc., and wishes to continue training at another training site.

例３：留学生が在籍していた教育機関が閉校等になり、他の教育機関へ入るための手続などをしている場合
ex.３：When the educational institution that the international student was enrolled in has closed, etc., and procedures are being taken to enter another educational institution.

例４：専門学校を卒業した留学生が、日本の大学へ入学することが決まっている場合
ex.４：International students who have graduated from a vocational school and have decided to enter a Japanese university.

例５：「家族滞在ビザ」の人が、配偶者等の家族の暴力から避難や保護を必要としている場合
ex.５：When a person with a "Family Stay" visa needs refuge or protection from family violence such as a spouse.

例６：「家族滞在ビザ」の人が、配偶者と不仲で一時的に別居しているが、復縁して正常な扶養関係に戻る可能性がある場合
ex.６：If a person on a "Family Stay" visa is temporarily separated from his/her spouse due to disagreement, but there is a possibility that they will reunite and return to a normal dependent relationship.

⑥　就労ビザ等の活動資格を引き続き３カ月以上行わずに在留していること（高度専門職２号は６カ月）
：You have been staying in Japan for more than 3 months without obtaining a work visa or other activity qualification (6 months for Highly Skilled Professional No. 2).

※　正当な理由がある場合はビザ取り消しにはなりません。
A visa cannot be canceled if there is a valid reason.

⑦　配偶者の身分を有する者としての活動を６カ月以上行わずに在留していること ：Remaining in Japan without engaging in activities as a spouse for more than 6 months.

※　正当な理由がある場合はビザ取り消しにはなりません。
A visa cannot be canceled if there is a valid reason.

例１：配偶者の暴力から一時的に避難や保護を必要としている場合
ex.１：If you need temporary refuge or protection from spousal violence.

例２：一時的に不仲になり、別居しているが、婚姻関係の回復の可能性がある場合
ex.２：Temporary discord and separation, but there is a possibility of restoring the marital relationship.

例３：本国の親族の看病などの理由で、再入国許可期間中に長期出国している場合
ex.３：If you have left Japan for a long period of time during the re-entry permit period for reasons such as taking care of your relatives in your home country.

例４：離婚調停中や離婚訴訟中の場合
ex.４：In the case of divorce mediation or divorce litigation.

例５：配偶者が病気で入院中のため、別居している場合
ex.５：If you live separately because your spouse is sick and hospitalized.

例６：配偶者が刑務所等に収容中のため、面会等に行っているが別居している場合
ex.６：If your spouse is in prison, etc., and you have visited him but are living separately.

⑧　新たに中長期在留者（在留カード所持者）となった者が９０日以内に住居地の届出をしないこと
：A new mid- to long-term resident (residence card holder) does not notify the place of residence within 90 days.

⑨　転居した中長期在留者が９０日以内に新住居地の届出をしないこと
：A mid- to long-term resident (residence card holder) who has moved does not notify the new address within 90 days.

※　正当な理由がある場合はビザ取り消しにはなりません。
A visa cannot be canceled if there is a valid reason.

例１：勤務先の急な倒産や派遣切りで住居を失い、金銭的理由で住居が定められない場合
ex.１：If you lose your place of residence due to sudden bankruptcy of your place of employment or termination of temporary employment, and are unable to find a place to live for financial reasons.

例２：配偶者の暴力から一時的に避難や保護を必要としている場合
ex.２：If you need temporary refuge or protection from spousal violence.

例３：住居地を届出ることで身体や生命に危険が及ぶ可能性がある場合
ex.３：When notifying your residence may endanger your body or life.

⑩　中長期在留者が虚偽の住居地を届出したこと
：A mid- to long-term resident (residence card holder) has submitted a false address.

ビザ取り消しの対象者の補足説明
：Supplementary explanation of visa cancellation target.

※　上記⑤⑥は、就労ビザなどの活動資格で在留している人が対象になります。
⑤ and ⑥ above are for those who are staying in Japan with a status of residence such as a work visa.

※　上記⑦は、配偶者ビザで在留している人が対象になります。
⑦ above applies to those who are residing on a spouse visa.

※　上記⑧～⑩は、中長期在留者（在留カードを持っている人）に限られます。
⑧ to ⑩ above are limited to mid- to long-term residents (persons who have a residence card).

もちろん費用を掛けずに自分で申請することは可能です。
