出張相談の場合は交通費の実費を事前にお支払いいただきます。

業務依頼の契約書にサインしていただきます。

海外からのご依頼で契約書にサインできない場合は費用のお振込みを以て、契約書に同意いただいたと取り扱います。
後日、可能な時点でサインしていただきます。
：If you are unable to sign the contract due to a request from overseas, we will treat your request as having agreed to the contract by transferring the fee. Please sign at a later date when possible.

お支払いは現金または銀行振込となります。銀行振込の場合、振込手数料はお客様のご負担でお願いいたします。
：Payment can be made in cash or bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, the transfer fee is to be borne by the customer.

分割の場合、お支払い時期は業務開始前に半額、申請準備が整った時点で残金をお支払いください。

お客様に収集していただく書類をご案内しますので、必要書類を収集して、行政書士にご提出ください。
：We will guide you through the documents you need to collect, so please collect the necessary documents and submit them to your administrative scrivener.

お客様にご提出いただいた書類を元に申請書類を行政書士が作成します。
：An administrative scrivener will prepare application documents based on the documents submitted by the customer.

申請書類作成後、行政書士が作成した書類の内容に誤りがないか、お客様に確認をいたします。
：After creating the application documents, we will confirm that there are no errors in the contents of the documents you have created.

費用の精算やお預かりしている書類等の返却をします。
：We will settle your expenses and return any documents you have kept.
